Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://daveandkgsprofessionalcleaningservicesuffern.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service markets and arranges Grass Cutting, Hardwood Floor Cleaning, Lawn Mowing, Residential Cleaning, Tile Floor Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dave And Kg's Professional Cleaning Service from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.
